Initial dermatology or skincare consultation – for a single concern, £200 (up to 25 mins) or £250 (up to 40 mins – complex case or second opinion).
Children’s initial dermatology consultation (age 0-11y) – £300 (up to 40 mins)
Children’s follow-up dermatology consultation (age 0-11y) – £200 (up to 25 mins)
Children’s dermatology consultations (age 12-18y) – fees as for adults
Initial acne consultation – £200 (up to 25 mins) or £250 (up to 40 mins – complex case or second opinion)
Initial hair loss and scalp consultation – £250 (up to 40 mins).
Specialist skin surgery consultation – £200 (required before specialist skin surgery such as excision of mole, cyst, lipoma, skin lesion, or skin cancer)
Acne scar consultation – £200 (a separate acne consultation is required for those who also have active acne)
Mole check consultation – £200
Follow-up consultation – £175 (up to 20 mins). Extended follow-up consultation £250 (up to 40 mins)
Remote consultation (video or telephone) – the same price as the corresponding face-to-face consultation.
Aesthetic consultation – £200 (consultation for the signs of ageing, wrinkles, antiageing, and unbalanced facial features and proportions with non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, lasers, BBL and Tixel)
Steroid Injection
Steroid injection appointments are available by prepayment. Prices are per treatment.
Small area (up to 5cm2) – £175 per treatment
Medium area (5-10cm2) – £225 per treatment
Large area (10-15cm2) – £275 per treatment
Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy (freeze treatment of skin lesions). Prices are per treatment visit, and this treatment is only offered following consultation.
A £50 reduction is applied to the cryotherapy fees if treatment is performed at a paid-for initial or follow-up consultation.
Small – £175 per treatment
Medium – £225 per treatment
Large – £275 per treatment
Specialist Skin Surgery
Notes: A specialist skin surgery consultation is required first where the prices will be confirmed. Complex lesions and lesions on the head and neck are in the price band above. These are the facility fees. Additional operator and histology fees may apply.
Mole removal with stitches (per lesion) – <1.5cm £565, 1.5-3cm £710, >3cm £855 (Lesions on the head and neck are in the price band above, as are complex lesions)
Cyst, sebaceous cyst, epidermoid cyst, removal with stitches (per lesion)

Minor Skin Procedures
Minor procedure appointments are available by prepayment. Please send us more information about your requirements and prices will be confirmed if it is possible – if it is not possible to assess your requirements on a photo you will be offered a skin surgery consultation.
Prices for minor procedures below include same-day consultation worth £200 on the first visit only if a same-day procedure has been offered. Please note that if the procedure is not carried out, the consultation fee of £200 still applies. Full details on same day procedures available here.
Skin tag, seborrhoeic keratosis, sebaceous gland hyperplasia removal – stitchless, no histology. Standard histology, if advised at additional cost.
- From £350 – 1 large (1-2cm) or 3 small (<1cm) lesions
- From £450 – 2 large (1-2cm) or up to 7 small (<1cm) lesions
- £450 – £550 for one complex lesion, a lesion 2-3cm, and lesions in the groin, face or eyelid (separate consultation may be required)

Cosmetic mole removal by shave excision (no histology) – from £350-£450 (first mole), £100-£200 (subsequent moles at same visit). Histology, if advised, from £306.
Laser mole removal – £450 (first mole), £200 (subsequent moles at same visit), from £306 for histology where required.
Fibrous papule removal by shave excision (no histology) – from £350 (first lesion), £100 (subsequent lesions at same visit).
Acne and acne scarring
Specialist acne procedures are available with prepayment required. An acne scar consultation is required before treatment is offered.
TCA Cross – £250 (1-9 lesions), per session.
Punch excision of acne scar – £350 single, £855 up to 4, price confirmed at a consultation for more.
Subcision – Cannula: from £250 for small area <2cm2, £450 for one area eg single cheek or temple, both cheeks or both temples from £850, £200 per additional area (e.g per side of forehead and chin). Taylor: £250 surcharge. Price confirmed at consultation and will vary based on area and complexity.
Fractional laser resurfacing – from £1250
Fully ablative laser resurfacing – from £3250
Hyfrecation or radiofrequency of comedones – £250 per session
Hypertrophic, keloid, traumatic and surgical scars

Laser
Laser treatments are offered after an initial aesthetic or dermatology consultation. A £100 deposit is required for a BBL or laser treatment appointment.
Sciton BBL for correction – Photorejuvenation (improving skin appearance), reducing pigmentation, reducing redness and fine thread veins.
The average number of treatments is 3-4, usually 1 month apart. P

Small area eg nose or central cheeks – £250 per treatment
Intermediate area eg cheeks, nose, forehead – £350 per treatment

Sciton Forever Young BBL – Maintain improvements, and delay skin ageing. Clinically proven to stimulate genetic skin changes and repair. 2-4 treatments per year are advised. Prices per treatment are the same as Sciton BBL for correction above.
Sciton Forever Clear Acne treatment– £250 per treatment over the face. 8 treatments are required.
SkinTyte – Non-invasive skin tightening to improve laxity, can be used anywhere in the body. 5 treatments are required. Treatments are every 4 weeks. Prices per treatment as for Sciton BBL for correction.

A course of 3 to 6 treatments are required, followed by maintenance at 6 to 12 monthly intervals.

Please note we reserve the right to decline accepting instructions for additional administrative services.
Obtaining results or other documents from external providers – You are advised to bring medical reports and results that you have had at other centres that are relevant to your appointment with you to your consultation. Should you wish to ask us to obtain these on your behalf, then a fee of £30 per 15 minutes or part thereof applies. This fee excludes charges for international postage or international telephone fees if applicable. You must ensure you have provided the correct data security clearances at all the centres you wish for us to contact on your behalf before engaging this service. No guarantee of obtaining results is provided, and provision of results to us is at the discretion of your previous healthcare providers. A deposit will be required for this service.
Short letter or email of summary for a third party such as an insurer, employer, university etc. or forms for completing and stamping – £50 for the first page, £50 per subsequent page. You are advised to use the consultation and treatment record, which is included in your consultation fee. Additional documentations are chargeable. This service is available by prepayment only. Turn around time estimate 5 days.
Referral to third parties by letter or email – £50 for the first page, £50 per subsequent page. Turn around time estimate 5 days.
